The Long Run is on Thursday, April 9th, so sign up today!! Runners and walkers of all ages and schools are welcome at this fun, community event.

5:30pm: Food Trucks and Performances!

A $35 race entry includes a Long Run performance t-shirt and a food truck dinner choice of Chelsea Corner burgers, Mexico Lindo tacos, or Yummy Food Truck pizza. Kona Ice and Twizel Ice Cream will also be available to purchase. Enjoy performances by Woodrow Cheer, J.L. Long Cheer, and J.L. Long Treasurettes before the races!!

6pm: 1K Race

6:30pm: 5K Race

*Students may wear their Long Run t-shirts to school on Thursday, so come grab them on Wednesday!

Top three age group winners will receive Long and Woodrow spirit wear swag and a free dress day on Friday, April 10th!

The 28th Annual Long Run is the only fundraiser sponsored by the J.L. Long Middle School PTA. Proceeds are critical to fund the J.L. Long Middle School budget for items such as:

• Educational and arts enrichment (school musical, college fair)
• Campus remodeling and improvement
• Student well-being and safety (walkie talkies, nurse clinic)
• Student life and events (grade level dances, Buc Camp, 8th grade graduation
• Peace Pantry
• Teacher wish list items and school supplies
• And so much more!!

When you sponsor this event, you become part of your school community! Your tax-deductible contribution guarantees corporate exposure at the community level. Several levels are available to fit your budget.

It's not too late!! Buc Family Sponsorships ($175-$500 options) come with FIVE included race entries! Please start by signing up for the race, choose YES to creating a Buc Family Sponsorship team, then add additional race entries and choose your sponsorship level.
