Join us April 8, 2027 for The Long Run, one of East Dallas' longest-running community races and the largest fundraiser for J.L. Long Middle School PTA.

The event begins and ends at J.L. Long Middle School, 6116 Reiger Avenue, Dallas, TX 75214, and features scenic courses along the Santa Fe Trail.

After the races, celebrate with food, entertainment, student performances, and the East Dallas community!

The Long Run is the biggest fundraiser hosted by the J.L. Long Middle School PTA. Proceeds support programs and campus needs, including:

• Educational and arts enrichment
• Campus improvements
• Student health, safety, and well-being
• Student events and activities
• Peace Pantry
• Teacher wish lists and classroom supplies
• And much more!
