Attention 6^th grade parents,

7^th grade immunizations are due by May 26th .  First notices of delinquent shots were sent out by email at the beginning of April. Your child will be given the second notice to take home to you. Check with your child to see if they received a letter from the nurse. Please email updated shot records to verjimenez@dallasisd.org.  If your child does not get their shots turned in by May 26^th, they will have to sit in the auditorium on the first day of 7^th grade for school year 2022-23 until the nurse can update their record.  Please submit shot records ASAP.   If you choose not to vaccine your child, you must submit a notarized affidavit of exemption.
