Cross Country practice start

J. L. Long Cross Country …..
Practices will start August 22nd and are Monday - Thursday from 4:15 - 5:00. Running will occur on the Santa Fe trail and students should dress out in their JLLong Athletics uniform. Meet day uniform will be given prior to the first meet.
Please make sure all of your paperwork is in on RankOne.
Our first meet is Saturday, September 3rd.
