
It’s time to register your incoming 6th Grade student for Buc Camp!
This year’s event will take place on Wednesday, August 5th.
Students must register for the event in order to attend!
In order to register for Buc Camp, parents must first register for an account on the J.L. Long PTA website (it’s free and will keep you well informed!). Visit www.jllongpta.com and click the “Register/Login” button on the home page. You will be asked to complete your family information as well as information about your incoming J.L. Long student.
IMPORTANT: If you create your account before July 1, please enter your student as a 5th Grader with a graduation year of 2029. If you create your account after July 1, you may register your student as a 6th Grader with a graduation year of 2029.
If you already have an account on the J.L. Long PTA website, you may simply add your new student’s information under the My Account tab on the home page. Click on the Family Information form and scroll down to complete any updates to Parent Information, and then hit the “Next Step” button at the bottom of the page to complete updates to student information. The same rules from above apply regarding what grade you enter for your new student.
Once you have registered your student with a graduation year of 2029, you will see a Buc Camp Registration form appear for your student under the My Account tab on the website!
Families who sign up for an account on our website will automatically receive our weekly Buc News E-Newsletter and any class-specific communications we send out through the school year.
