If you weren't able to join us at Meet the Teacher Night, not to worry!  We have all of the information you need right here for your student to have a successful first week of school and beyond.

We have combined a handy list all of the topics covered from Meet the Teacher Night. Read through our 2020 Virtual Learning Guide to get the latest and greatest on how our first 4 weeks of at-home learning will work. Still have questions?  Feel free to submit this Question Form to the JL Long Administration, and they will get back to you as soon as possible!

Click on the link below to see a staff listing with e-mails as well as their Google Classroom codes for each period.  Teachers have shared the same information that they outlined on Meet the Teacher Night in their Google Classroom along with all of the information your student needs regarding school supplies, classroom expectations and how to log in for Zoom Calls during the first weeks of school.

THE LATEST FROM LONG

Students will follow their normal daily schedule during distance learning.  Please note that the current Bell Schedule is for VIRUTAL LEARNING ONLY!  We will post an updated bell schedule once the students return to the building for school.

Students will not be required to wear school uniforms while distance learning, but they will need to be dressed appropriately (no PJs or revealing tank tops please!) and ready to interact with fellow students and teachers each day.

You can prepare for our eventual return to school by viewing the 2020-2021 Dress Code on our PTA Website.

Help Us Re-Stock the Shelves!

With the new school year, we need your help filling our Peace Pantry to help serve our students in need!  If you wish to donate food, please use our Amazon Wish List to purchase pantry items that will be sent directly to the school. Be on the lookout for a food drive mid-September! Thank you for always helping take care of the students and families in our community!
