2020-2021 Course Verification
Hello Buccaneer Families!
It is that time of year again, course verifications! The purpose of course verification is to make sure that students are in classes that they need plus electives of their choice, so we can accurately plan for J.L. Long's 2020-2021 master schedule. There will be minimal changes made in August, so it is crucial that you are reviewing your requests and making sure that they are accurate before you leave for the summer. Please visit PowerSchool (Selections can be viewed under the Class Registration link) for course verification or we will have schedules for pick up on May 22, 2020 from 9:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.
The last day to turn in a schedule change request will be
May 29, 2020 via email at 2:00 p.m.

Schedule changes will be considered for the following reasons ONLY:
- Current schedule does not match choice sheet submitted during Spring 2020
- Current schedule is missing required courses or student has not completed pre-requisite course(s)
(example: In Spanish IB and not completed Spanish IA) - Student has been chosen for a team or specialized course, (example: Football, advanced theatre) teacher signature required
- IF SPACE IS AVAILABLE (course is not full)
Requests for schedule changes must be submitted using the Schedule Change Form. Please email your change request to one of the following:
